Our Story: Where It All Began
iFiler was established in 2023 in Austin, Texas, with a single goal in mind: to simplify the way entrepreneurs start and manage businesses across borders. The idea was born out of a growing demand from international freelancers, digital marketers, and e-commerce sellers who wanted to launch their business in the United States or United Kingdom but faced complex paperwork, compliance burdens, and unclear legal requirements.
We recognized that most people don’t need a law firm—they need a reliable, tech-driven partner who understands the filing process and can guide them through it efficiently. With this in mind, we launched iFiler: a document-filing service built for speed, clarity, and trust.
Over time, iFiler grew from a modest U.S.-based venture into a global business operations platform. While our headquarters remain in Austin, TX, we opened an operations office in Dhaka to support entrepreneurs from across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. Today, we continue to serve clients around the world who rely on us for timely company registration, tax ID acquisition, compliance filings, banking setup, and e-commerce onboarding.
